Introduction to Reflecting Team Supervision
for Community Resource Centres of Ottawa
Ottawa, March 10, May 12, 2009
The reflecting team was first introduced as an innovative therapeutic intervention 25 years ago by Norwegian family therapist, Anderson. In the years since, it has been modified in various ways and applied in a wide range of therapeutic, consultation, and supervision contexts.
This pair of half-day workshops will introduce participants to the theory and practice of reflecting team supervision. In the eight-week gap between workshops, participants will have an opportunity to try out the practices prior to re-grouping to debrief and "fine-tune" practices.
