Francine Titley

A lawyer by training, Francine Titley has been working as a private consultant in mediation and coaching as well as delivering training in conflict management, harassment prevention and mediation in both official languages for over 15 years, in the private and public sectors. She completed an M.Ed. degree in educational counselling at the University of Ottawa in 2006.

An avid learner, Francine began specializing in narrative therapy over 6 years ago. She completed the year long International Program in Narrative Therapy and Community Work at the Dulwich Center in Australia with Michael White, one of the pioneers of this approach and his team.

She also did two year long internship programs in Chicago with Jill Freedman and Gene Combs, both of whom are credited for having introduced the Narrative approach to the USA.

Ms Titley is very dedicated to the promotion of the narrative ideas and practices, including definitional ceremonies, in all facets of her work. She invariably brings enthusiasm, energy and creativity to all her commitments.
