Francine Titley

A lawyer by training, Francine Titley has been working as a private consultant in mediation and dispute resolution as well as delivering training in conflict management, harassment prevention, negotiation and mediation in both official languages for over 12 years, in the private and public sectors. She recently completed an M.A. degree in educational counseling at the University of Ottawa. An avid learner, Francine began specializing in narrative therapy four years ago. She is presently enrolled in a year long internship with Michael White, one of the pioneers of this approach at the Dulwich Center in Australia. She also completed in 2005 a 12 month internship program in Chicago with Jill Freedman and Gene Combs, both of whom are credited for having introduced the Narrative approach to the USA. Ms Titley is very dedicated to the promotion of narrative therapy, including definitional ceremonies. She invariably brings enthusiasm, energy and creativity to all her commitments.
