Natasha McBrearty

Natasha McBrearty provides counseling services in both English and French to individual adults, children, adolescents, and their families. Natasha brings compassion, curiosity, thoughtfulness, and creativity to her work, developing safe and supportive relationships with her clients.  She enjoys collaborating with individuals as they access their skills, resources, and inner wisdom to connect with their preferred way of being.

Natasha has provided counseling and advocacy services in community agencies for over a decade. Areas of practice and experience include personal growth, life transitions, family and relationship issues, loss, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma.

Natasha graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Applied Human Sciences, receiving First Class Honours. She obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from McGill University and went on to pursue post-graduate training in Narrative and Solution-Focused Therapies, Mindfulness-based approaches, and creative art therapies.  Natasha is currently enrolled in a certification program in Child Psychotherapy and Play Therapy through the Canadian Association for Play Therapy. She is a certified counselor, registered with the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association.
