Judith
Brooks
Judith Brooks is a certified counsellor, registered with
the Canadian Counselling Association. She obtained her Masters
degree in Pastoral Counselling from Saint Paul University
in Ottawa. She is trained as a general practitioner in counselling
and has worked with various issues including depression, anxiety,
anger, spirituality, guilt, and loss. She has worked as a
counsellor for the Ottawa Pastoral Centre and maintains a
private practice in individual counselling. Her interests
include feminist therapy, mindfulness, and working with people
in the collaborative, narrative style to facilitate those
who wish to re-story their lives.
